POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

How do I book a session?

All booking inquiries must be submitted through the official website contact form.

• DMs, comments, texts, and social media messages are not considered booking requests.

• The contact form is the only way to begin the booking process.

• Please complete the form in its entirety to ensure a timely and accurate response.

 

Once your form is submitted, you will be contacted within 72 hours regarding availability and next steps.

 Deposits & Securing Your Session

• Submitting a contact form does NOT secure your booking.

• All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to officially reserve a date and time.

• Deposits must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your invoice.

 

If a deposit is not paid within 72 hours, your requested date and time will be released and made available to other clients.

 

Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Payment Policy

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

• No images will be delivered until the full balance has been paid.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, Zelle, or other approved electronic payments.

Rescheduling Policy

Life happens—I get it!

• Clients are allowed to reschedule one time with at least 48 hours notice.

• Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date.

• Deposits may be transferred to the new date if proper notice is given.

 

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may require an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If you cancel your session, the deposit will not be returned but may be applied toward a future session at the photographer’s discretion.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time and prepared for your session.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be canceled and require a new booking and deposit.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time for edited images is 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for arriving camera-ready (unless a makeup artist is booked).

• Wardrobe, props, and styling must be prepared before the session begins.
